Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 – 06:30)

Experience:

1+ year in L&D (first-timers accepted)
Certifications

Required:

ACLS, BLS, NRP
Charting System:
Epic
Job Highlights:

• Care for high-risk OB and culturally diverse populations

• Circulate on cesarean sections

• Must be willing to float between like units

• Weekend coverage: every other weekend

• Travel experience not required
Skills / Procedures:

• Labor & Delivery Management: assist vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hemorrhage management, sterile vaginal exams

• Neonatal care: APGAR scoring, cord care, metabolic screens, thermoregulation

• IV therapy / Phlebotomy, blood administration, maintain central lines

• Postpartum care: breastfeeding support, episiotomy care, fundus/lochia care

• Pain management: epidural, general anesthesia, IV sedation, PCA

• Facility provides communication devices if needed

Strong L&D experience required; candidates missing required skills/experience should not be submitted.
