Join Providence’s Journey Clinic as a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care in an ambulatory setting. Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct contact, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and provide patient education via in‑person, telehealth, or electronic modalities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.
• Represent Providence’s core values in all patient interactions.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification upon hire.
