Seeking a Permanent Urology specialist for Providence Medical Group in Santa Rosa with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction .
Onsite weekday hours (7am-5pm) with 7-10 days of monthly beeper call ; average hospital call-back is 3-5 times per week.
BC/BE (within 3 years) required; CA license assistance available with a $40,000 maximum placement fee.
