Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical ICU (Full-Time Night Shift)

• Full-Time Night Shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays may be required

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical ICU unit. This role involves providing high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients during 12-hour night shifts in an acute hospital setting. You'll be joining a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program – Minimum:
  Associate's Degree
• California Registered Nurse License – Active and unencumbered
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association – upon hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification – Required within 90 days of hire
• One (1) year of RN experience in a Medical Surgical ICU in an acute care hospital setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of ICU experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with complex, multi-system patient care
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to quality improvement and adherence to clinical protocols
