You’ll Do
As a Doctor of Optometry at Cole Family Eye Care Optometry, you will provide comprehensive, full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages. You will work a minimum of four days per week with occasional on-call duties. Your schedule will be flexible, allowing you to see 18–25 patients per day, including comprehensive exams, office visits, contact lens evaluations and trainings, and advanced procedures.
The exact patient load will be mutually agreed upon based on your skills and preferences. You’ll use state-of-the-art technology to ensure precise diagnostics and individualized treatment plans, including Zeiss OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, Marco auto-phoropters, Optos, iCare tonometry, Opti Light (IPL), OptiPLus (RF), Opti Lift (RF/dmst), corneal topography, NCT, and fully electronic medical records. A dynamic mix of cases will support meaningful patient care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and excellence in patient outcomes.
You Are
You are a passionate and dedicated individual committed to providing exceptional eye care and improving the vision health of the community. You should be skilled in handling a diverse patient population across age groups. The ideal candidate must hold an unrestricted California optometry license and demonstrate dedication to medical eye care, including diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, injuries, and visual system conditions.
The ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive work culture is essential. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
