Pediatric Hospitalist Physician

Opportunity: Physician - Pediatric Hospitalist

Job Details:

• 24-hour call shifts (6am-6am), not required to be in house

• Coverage needed for specific dates:
March 12-19, April 4-6, and April 22-26, 2026

• NRP certification required

• Must be proficient in neonatal airway management including intubation

• Management of neonatal air leak/pneumothorax including needle decompression

• Emergent UVC placement (delivery room) capabilities required

• Experience with UVC/UAC placement

• Ability to perform lumbar punctures

• EKG interpretation skills required

• Ventilator management experience preferred

• Chest tube insertion for neonates preferred

• Must have active California medical license

• Board certified or truly board eligible within 3-5 years of residency

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
