For a university/college student, the Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to help you build valuable business and leadership skills. From day one as a paid intern, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. This team‑based program places interns in the same real‑world challenges as our first‑ and second‑year full‑time professionals, providing mentorship, growth, and fun.
Location:
110 5th St, Eureka, CA 95501. Pay: $19.00 per hour. Start:
May 21, 2026. End:
August 13, 2026. Up to a 40‑hour work week.
When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll discover that each day is different, filled with new, exciting, rewarding, and often unexpected opportunities. You will manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also use the skills they acquire to complete projects and engage in friendly competition with peers, with the potential for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications- Must be a senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date of December 2026.
- 12‑week commitment with availability to start immediately on May 21st.
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (including military, athletic/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be willing to work a 40‑hour work week during Summer Break.
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car in the last 12 months.
