Korean Bilingual Air Import Supervisor​/Sr. Air Import Specialist

We are urgently seeking a Manager-level Air Import Supervisor or Senior Air Import Specialist to oversee air import operations, coordinate vendor relationships, and manage shipments from arrival to final delivery. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to travel for business needs. Candidates open to Atlantarelocation will be highly valued.

• Plan,organize, and process international and domestic air import shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Manageinvoicing: prepare invoices for customers and reconcile vendor A/Pinvoices with accounting.
• Expeditecustoms clearance and delivery to meet client deadlines.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
• Providedaily activity reports to management.
• Supportad-hoc projects and management requests.

• 5–8years of experience in air import operations (manager-level experience strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’sdegree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingualproficiency in Korean and English preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Abilityto travel to Georgia (GA) as needed; willingness to relocate to Atlanta a plus.
