Early Morning Stock Associate

Ross Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking customers at checkout;
Assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Responds to Customer Service calls immediately and handles issues in a courteous and helpful way;
Performs cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, replenishing restroom supplies) to maintain a clean store;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items per monthly guidelines
