Key Responsibilities
  • Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
  • Deliver an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to every customer.
  • Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
  • Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Champion company initiatives, adapt to change, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Remain available and support an engaging environment.
  • Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
  • Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
  • Coaching the team on behaviors to win, deliver customer service, and achieve results through role‑playing and feedback.
  • Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
  • 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
  • Willing and able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Physical ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
