The Role

Leads and motivates the team to operate at a high level, collaborates with the team, and drives store success. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, data-savvy, and open to constant growth. You are responsible for making business decisions to ensure the store is successful at all times.

About you…

• High School or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail management
• Understand Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes
• Strong people skills to grow your team
• Desire to work hard and be successful
• Computer savvy
• Honesty and loyalty; able to lead a strong team

It would be great but not required to have…

• Experience in selling athletic shoes
• Experience working with a growing company
