The brand-new Cambria Hotel Euless-DFW Airport South is opening soon and is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
• Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Proven experience as a Cook
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
