Pediatric Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Join us at MEDICAL CITY DALLAS to supervise nursing operations in the Pediatric Emergency Department.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care according to established policies and serves as a resource for staff.

Full-Time Nights 7P-7A

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS - Advanced)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year Pediatric Emergency RN experience, including charge/leadership experience
