Position SummaryWe are seeking Chemist III to join our formulation and production team. This role will be directly involved in improving existing skin-focused formulations, developing new products, conducting batch and stability testing, and supporting the successful transfer of lab processes into production. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with personal care products, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concepts through manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities- Modify, optimize, and troubleshoot existing skin care formulations.
- Support the development of new skin‑focused formulations from concept to launch.
- Conduct batch preparation, stability testing, and raw material evaluations.
- Oversee pilot and full‑scale production batches, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Work with production teams to resolve technical issues and streamline processes.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing, and process adjustments.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 57 years of formulation experience in skin care, personal care, or related consumer products.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and optimize formulations.
- Hands‑on experience in scale‑up and production transfer.
- Strong knowledge of stability testing, compatibility, and ingredient interactions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with emulsions, active ingredients, preservation systems, and delivery technologies commonly used in skin care.
- Experience supporting product launches and working under GMP/ISO quality systems.
- Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and data management tools.
