Job SummaryWe are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one psychotherapy/counseling to patients ages 16 years and older
- Complete patient progress notes in a timely fashion
- Work full‑time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Master’s degree (required)
- US work authorization (required)
- Licensed to practice mental health treatment in Texas
- Strong clinical background and solid experience in psychotherapy
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, collaborative, curious, and proactive
- Responsive to a fast‑paced environment
- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
- Bi‑lingual ability is a plus
- Structured environment with a culture of collaboration and open communication with the Medical Director and CEO.
- Clinical providers focus on patient care; administrative tasks are handled by designated departments.
- Appointments are not double‑booked to ensure adequate time for each patient.
- Hybrid appointments are scheduled based on patient needs.
- Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 (annual)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility begins the first day of the month after 60 days of employment)
- Paid time off, public holidays, sick leave, CME time‑off
- 401(k) contribution of 3.0% after 12 months continuous employment
- Quarterly bonus
- Up to $1,000 annually towards CME, professional dues, memberships, books, and journals
