Your Responsibilities:As an Automotive Mechanic / L-1 Master Technician, you will:
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs with precision and care.
- Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and translate them into actionable solutions for our customers.
- Honestly assess vehicles and create detailed estimates for necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle concerns and the solutions you provide.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure they feel valued and informed.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
- Conduct thorough courtesy inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA) to master your craft.

We seek technicians who are:
- Energetic, upbeat, and possess a positive attitude.
- Dedicated to serving people and finding solutions to tough problems.
- Team-oriented and capable of diagnosing and repairing all types of vehicles.
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in diagnostics and driveability issues.
- Able to flag 60+ hours per week.
- Quick to master factory scan tools.
To thrive in this role, you should be able to:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
