Position Title: Shuttle Driver

Department: Operations

Reports to: Executive Director of Operations / Eugene Field Administrator

FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

FTE: 1.0

Location: Eugene Field Vocational Training Center

Date Available: Feb 2026

Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Hours can vary with route. Must be flexible with route schedule; students may be added or dropped from route. Must be able to work route schedule; students may need to be transported to different locations.

• Transport students to and from school to work program locations.
• Fuel vehicle and keep vehicle clean.
• Take vehicle for scheduled services (oil change, rotate tires).
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor or administration.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must possess clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and pupils.

Fully board paid Medical, Dental, and Vision available.

Minimum starting pay rate of $16.50/hour
