Provide a superior air transportation experience with a safety record second to none on each flight, serving as the face of Net Jets and delivering exceptional service.

• Safe operation of aircraft per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual or Aircraft Operating Manual, and SOPs.
• Greet owners/passengers pre‑flight, brief them on the specific flight, provide weather updates, and explain any itinerary changes.
• Provide in‑flight service including catering and alcohol (as required).
• Load and stow baggage, handle pets, and accommodate clients who smoke.
• Act as final authority on operations, maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
• Liaison between owners/passengers and Net Jets from FBO arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to the MCC and complete associated paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written and multi‑engine rating.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit, passport, U.S. work authorization.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours (or applicable reduced requirements).
• Minimum 200 hours cross‑country, 250 hours fixed‑wing PIC, 100 night flight hours, 75 instrument hours, 50 fixed‑wing multi‑engine hours.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work variable hours, including night, weekends, and holidays; manage rest for duty periods up to 14 hours.
• Physical capability to move up to 50 pounds and operate in environments with pets.
