As a Driver/Laborer, you'll be an essential part of keeping our operations running smoothly. From delivering materials to assisting on-site teams, your work directly contributes to our customer satisfaction and our team's success.

• Safely perform physical labor: load/unload supplies, set up/take down job sites, and assist on-site teams.
• Follow safety protocols and consistently use PPE.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage packing lists, time punches, and documentation (photos, materials, notes).
• Communicate questions or concerns respectfully to team leaders and foremen.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and company events.

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate large-capacity vehicles with trailers, or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Forklift certification preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and proactive, hands‑on approach
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, plus a results‑driven work ethic
