Position: Water Mitigation Technician (Multiple Openings)
Location: Eugene, OR.
Pay: $18/hour + Bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday (On-Call May Be Required)

We're a fast-moving, professional emergency response team, providing top-tier water, fire, and biohazard restoration services across the region. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient service when customers need it most-24/7, 365 days a year.
What You'll Do:

• Respond to water damage and mitigation calls
• Enter crawlspaces and confined areas as needed
• Handle sewage cleanup (includes $100 bonus per call)
• Perform biohazard and trauma scene cleanup
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (provided)
• Use company-provided tools and equipment
• Work closely with team and management to complete jobs efficiently

What You Need to Have:

• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• Able to pass a background check
• Willingness to work hard and get hands dirty
• Comfort with crawlspaces and physically demanding work
• Experience in mitigation or restoration (preferred but not required)

The Musts:

• Must be reliable and team-oriented
• Must be okay working in messy, challenging environments
• Must be available for emergency calls when needed

I recently decided to make a career move after working with kids over the last ten years and I couldn't be happier that I chose to start that adventure here. I grew up in Southeast Alaska and moved to Oregon in 2013. I love it here because I can be surrounded by nature all the time and the ocean is only a short drive away.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my partner and our chinchilla. They are the highlights of my life, and we spend most of our time together outside of work.
