Inside Sales Representative

Location: Eugene, Oregon Employment Type: Part-Time Compensation: $17 – $19 per hour (based on experience), plus commission Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO).

Freeman Northwest, Inc., is the local franchisor of Jani-King Commercial Cleaning. Since 2007, Jani-King has grown and is looking to expand further.

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is office-based, focusing on computer and phone-based outreach to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with potential customers over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new leads and opportunities
• Follow up on inbound leads and qualify potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
• Manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and update records in our CRM system (Hub Spot)
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections effectively

• Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools; experience with Hub Spot is highly preferred
• Excellent phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working primarily on computer and phone
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
