Overview
Job Description - Building Automation Account Manager
Responsibilities- Maintaining Customer Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and check-ins. Understand client needs and objectives and work collaboratively to develop tailored solutions that align with their goals. - Developing New Customer Relationships:
Seek out and develop customer relationships that target our vertical markets (K12, Healthcare, Government, etc.), designers and our partners in the contract sector that cater to our intended customer base. Understand new client needs and objectives and work collaboratively to develop tailored solutions that align with their goals. - Sales and Business Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Project Coordination:
Liaise between clients and internal teams on an as needed basis to ensure our operations staff and our customers are supported. Work with the project management team on an as needed basis to support project progress and address any client sales or account concerns promptly. - Technical Assistance and Support:
Serve as a technical advisor for clients in sales or account manager related matters. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and advancements in DDC controls to provide clients with the best possible solutions. - Contract Negotiations and Review:
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that the terms are accurate and align with the company's objectives. - Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports (Monthly) on account status and sales performance. Participate in monthly sales meetings and a yearly leadership meeting that may require travel.
