What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long‑term business objectives
  • Train and develop team members in sales skills, product knowledge, and territory management
  • Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals
  • Manage district assets, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Build and maintain ethical, long‑term customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage personnel effectively
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Spine sales experience strongly preferred
  • Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products
  • Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
  • Familiarity with the Neuroscience assigned product/therapy customer base
  • Experience with sales and personnel management functions
