This role focuses on increasing revenues with existing and new accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and managing customer expectations. It reports directly to the Vice President of the Transportation and Infrastructure Division.
Base pay and compensation$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr base pay. The compensation package may include a commission-based sales incentive and a company-provided vehicle. All compensation is commensurate with background and experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the brand with a set of accounts and support from operations.
- Provide marketing insight and media materials for promotion in this industry.
- Build relationships with the customer’s operations and engineering groups.
- Communicate prices, terms of sales, delivery dates, and locations to customers.
- Travel to trade shows, demonstrations, and projects to meet new and existing customers.
- Investigate product claims and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
- Understand our product systems, their benefits, features, and limitations.
- Provide sales and field reports periodically and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
- Demonstrate strong customer service in all areas.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment which may include weekends and evenings.
- Excellent computer and systems skills.
- Capable of working in an outdoor environment with physical requirements to perform the job.
- Minimum five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to obtain and possess worker safety training certification and keep current yearly.
- Must have a valid driver license and a current passport.
