Will Leather Goods is seeking an efficient, organized, dependable Inventory & Operations Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient WAREHOUSE operations across our retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels

This position plays a critical role in managing the movement of premium leather goods—including handbags, belts, wallets, and accessories—
from receiving through fulfillment

- Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible product storage areas
- Track inventory movement using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies involving counts, labeling, or product locations
- Support receiving, inspection, and put-away of incoming merchandise
- Inspect leather goods for quality and accuracy prior to fulfillment
- Ensure picking locations remain fully stocked and operationally efficient
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, design, and operations teams to maintain product availability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined warehouse environment
- Support shipping, fulfillment, and general operational needs as required
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience (fashion, retail, or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Experience with inventory systems, WMS platforms, and basic computer tools (Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize boxed merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Take ownership of accuracy and organization
