Retail Merchandising Specialist – BDS Connected Solutions, LLC.

Maximum Pay: USD $19.00 per hour. Weekly pay schedule and early wage access.

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays – TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones, and more.
• Collaborate on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in‑store relationships with vendors and store staff.
• Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager and adhere to reporting deadlines using your mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations provided during onboarding.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at Fed Ex and transport them to locations as requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience and

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency using a personal Android or Apple device with GPS for uploading photos, reporting data, and referencing documents.
• Ownership of a basic toolkit (reimbursement after probation).
  • Tools: multi‑screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle‑nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy‑off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, goo‑gone.
• Completion of paid BDS online training courses within required timeline.
• Age 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Flexible availability Monday – Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to travel within a 60‑mile radius; BDS pays drive time and mileage between store locations.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear.
• Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds.
• Climb ladders more than 10 feet tall.
• Complete certification (online and in‑store) to use moving equipment such as Big Joe/Little Joey and forklifts, if required.
• Occasional travel via flight or other modes of transportation.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
