Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Prep Cook role located in Eugene, OR. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking and baking, and supporting chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety guidelines, and delivering high-quality food and beverage preparation for catering events.
Qualifications- Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Baking
- Strong Communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site catering environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working space
- Previous experience in catering or a professional kitchen setting is a plus
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as per event schedules
