• Active RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Previous OR clinical experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room
• Ensure safe, efficient surgical services and compliance standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate case flow and optimize surgical throughput
• Monitor quality, infection control, and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership
• Manage department budget, supplies, and equipment
• Lead staff development and education programs
