Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join a team‑based Primary Care practice in Eugene, OR. This role offers strong clinical support, work‑life balance, and opportunities for growth within a clinician‑led organization.

• Outpatient Primary Care setting
• Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 with a 4‑day workweek option
• Care for patients across the lifespan (peds to geriatrics)

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS (AHA)
