Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in a coastal community.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages through physical exams, health assessments, and individualized care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging, to support diagnosis and treatment.
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP and DEA license, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
