Looking for a passionate and dedicated RN (Part Time) to lead our small 50‑bed intimate community‑based Memory Care unit. As the Health Services Director (RN), your nursing and leadership skills will ensure quality nursing care for residents and coordinate the day‑to‑day functions of the caregiving staff. Duties may include (but are not limited to) meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift services, programs, and activities;

delegating nursing tasks to non‑certified staff; and overseeing the overall health service operations.

• The qualified candidate must have an RN license in the State of Oregon and Nurse Supervisor experience.
• Experience working with Alzheimer’s and Dementia related disorders is a plus. Community‑Based, Skilled Nursing and/or Memory Care experience preferred.
