Custom Graphics Technician

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:00PM

Michelob ULTRA, Cutwater Spirits, Budweiser, Kona Brewing Co., Stella Artois, Bud Light, and other brands.

Design and produce signs and banners, assemble and finish signage, maintain equipment, and support internal customers and events.

• Design, layout, print, and assemble signs and banners using PC hardware (computer, large format printer, small format printer, laminator, etc.).
• Use custom graphics software such as Corel Draw and Fiery XF Print Software.
• Design and produce communication pieces for internal customers.
• Attend and/or execute special events and retail promotions as required.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement, and brand standards.
• Assist in maintenance of printers and related technology.
• Adhere to print and brand guidelines.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous graphic or sign production experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in sign‑making software (Corel Draw, Sign Lab, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of sign‑making equipment (vinyl cutter, large format printers, etc.).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
