Tim Duncan Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the business. In this role, you will ensure the team runs efficiently behind the scenes so agents can stay focused on revenue-generating activities and client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage systems and workflows, and help create a seamless experience for both clients and team members.

The ideal candidate does not have to come from real estate but must have a strong track record of building, improving, and maintaining systems and processes in a fast-moving office environment. This person operates with urgency, loves checklists and accountability, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Over time, this role will grow into greater leadership responsibility, helping drive team performance, operational consistency, and long-term scalability.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
  • PTO
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period
  • Rapid growth potential
Responsibilities
  • Act as the operational partner to ownership, driving execution, efficiency, and business priorities
  • Oversee CRM, database health, and lead management processes
  • Manage team communications, calendars, and key meetings
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Streamline agent workflows so agents stay focused on clients and production
  • Ensure a five-star client experience from first contact through closing
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and financial tracking (expenses, budgets)
  • Coordinate marketing operations, including listings and brand consistency
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and accountability systems as the team grows
  • Continuously build and improve systems, SOPs, and checklists to support scalability

  • Willing to obtain real estate license upon hire (reimbursement available)
