Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 base + performance bonus
About the RoleYou will work directly with leadership, diving into every part of the operation: service workflows, scheduling, storage operations, customer experience, vendor management, technology/process improvements, and special projects tied to expansion and M&A integration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguous, high-ownership environments, who can step in, learn fast, solve problems, and take work off the CEO’s plate.
Responsibilities- Work side-by-side with the CEO to manage and improve day-to-day operations
- Translate analog processes into scalable systems and structure
- Build dashboards, workflows, schedules, and SOPs across service, storage, and renovation
- Identify operational gaps and drive solutions across the business
- Support M&A integration as the platform acquires additional locations
- Partner with the owners, technicians, and service teams to optimize throughput
- Lead or support special projects across facilities, customer experience, hiring, and process development
- Become the “force multiplier” that creates leverage for a busy CEO
- Over time, step into a GM or Director-level role as the platform scales
- 5–12 years of experience in operations, service, logistics, or GM-track roles
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create order, process, and systems in a growing operation
- High adaptability; comfort with rolling up your sleeves
- Willingness to be fully on-site in Eugene/Junction City, Oregon
- Ability to work closely with a founder/CEO in a fast-growing environment
- A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership instincts
- Someone who learns quickly and thrives in hands-on environments
- Comfortable working with technicians, customers, field teams, and executives
- A builder — of process, structure, accountability, and operational excellence
