Admissions Director (LPN License - Highly preferred)

Volare Health invites a motivated and compassionate professional to join South Hills Rehabilitation Center as Admissions Director.

Location:

Eugene, OR (Onsite).

Schedule:

Full‑time. Compensation: $65,000–$85,000/year (DOE).

• Lead admissions process to ensure smooth, positive experience for prospective residents and families.
• Cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships to support census growth and facility occupancy.
• Represent South Hills Rehabilitation Center through community outreach, networking, and local events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing, admissions, and operational goals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the center’s visibility and community reputation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred; active LPN license highly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or admissions; proven success in community relations and referral development.
• Healthcare experience: 2+ years in healthcare required; SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and presentation skills; self‑motivated with ability to work independently; adaptable under pressure; knowledge of reimbursement programs or willingness to learn.
