We seek an Assistant Manager to join Domino’s Pizza. You have proven leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

As an Assistant Manager you will keep the store running smoothly, ensure team members follow policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100%, and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training and orientation are provided on the job.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to over 90°F.
• Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most tasks.

• Carrying small cans, pizza sauce, trays up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.

• Stooping/bending: forward bending at the waist, repeated continuously 30‑45 seconds.
• Crouching/squatting: occasional.
• Reaching: up, down and forward; up to 72 inches occasionally.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms and wrists.
• Machines, tools, equipment: use of pencils, pens, computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel.

Driving Specific

Job Duties

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

Essential Skills

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Physical Demands

• Carrying: carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving: delivering pizzas within designated area, making multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walking: between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.
• Climbing: navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
