We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resources functions for a growing, multi-state organization of just under 300 employees. This role is hands‑on and broad in scope, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive workplace culture. We are seeking candidates with experience in the hospitality and/or hotel industry where customer experience is of the highest priority.

You’ll partner closely with leadership and managers, providing guidance, structure, and practical HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

  • Manage safety programs, workers’ compensation, and risk management initiatives

  • Administer benefits programs and act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions

  • Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing, hiring, and workforce planning

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices and employee issues

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies

  • Support and promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience preferred

  • Experience supporting a multi-location or statewide workforce strongly preferred

  • Solid knowledge of employment law, benefits, safety, and workers’ compensation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be kind, approachable, and firm when needed

  • Confident communicator able to work effectively with employees at all levels
