Concierge​/Receptionist Social Media Expertise

Hiwan Golf Club is seeking a warm, professional, and tech-savvy Concierge/Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hospitality, enjoys building connections with members and guests, and brings creativity to our digital presence.

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors‑providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, event sign‑ups, and general club communication.
• Collaborate with department heads to stay updated on club happenings and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Lead the club’s social media efforts by creating and posting engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Maintain an organized and welcoming environment at the reception area.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and a knack for content creation.
• Basic design and photo‑editing experience (Canva or similar tools a plus).
• Passion for hospitality and member service.

• Some weekend and evening availability may be required.
• Club or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
