The part-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, treatment, and education for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating residents, families, and staff. Supervision of assistants and adherence to regulations are also key.
Requirements- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure
- CCC‑SLP preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred
