Telehealth Occupational Therapist (OT) — $45–$55/hr Volare Health | Remote (Supporting Oregon Facilities, primarily Medford, OR)

Pay: $45–$55 per hour (Salaried, DOE)

Schedule: Full-time

Work Location: Remote

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Obtain approval for services from the referring physician
• Implement physician-approved treatment plans
• Participate in discharge planning
• Record evaluations, treatments, and charges accurately
• Screen residents for potential benefit from OT intervention

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy in the practicing state
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
