Summary of Position
We are seeking a compassionate individual who would like to work in an environment where they will make a difference in the lives of our customers.
In this position, you would be responsible for providing individualized direct support, positive re-direction and one on one assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental delays.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Assisting customer to grow and meet personal goals
- Assisting customer with ADL / IADL tasks
- Aid with household cleaning and chores
- Give cues for daily hygiene and routine
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have a valid driver's license or state
- Valid auto insurance
- Smartphone or personal computer
- The ability to pass a criminal history background check
- CPR Certification
Starting at $24.00 per hour
- Flexible schedule
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
