• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and self‑advocacy in a respectful, person‑centered way.
• Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support.
• Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high‑quality, individualized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred.
• High Medical Care:
  Experience with G‑tubes, feeding tubes, catheter care.
• Skills & Traits:
  Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
• Certifications:
  • Current CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
  • Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
  • DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willingness to complete training)
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license (minimum 6 months) and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Competitive Pay: $23–$25 per hour
• Bonuses:
  • $300 after 250 hours worked
  • $300 after 500 hours worked
  • $700 referral bonus after your referral works 520 hours
