Overview
Director of Patient Access (Healthcare)
Responsible for the overall operations, personnel, and revenue tracking of Registration, Scheduling, Surgery Scheduling, and HIM departments.
Ensure continuity and quality of service and care through daily operations management.
Ensure delivery of optimal and safe patient care which includes fiscal management, strategic planning, standards compliance, staff recruiting and development, oversight and active participation in team operation, and performance improvement activities that evaluate program effectiveness.
Promote the Slocum Values, a positive work environment and efficient, quality patient care. Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
