Rounding Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Rounding Wound Care Nurse Practitioner role.

• Manage a full patient load, providing direct care in Skilled Nursing Facilities, assisted living, and patient homes.
• Implement treatment protocols, document care accurately, and coordinate diagnostics and tests.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve care quality and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Complete charting, attend meetings, respond promptly to communications, and pursue required certifications.
• Travel within the Portland area using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Require Board Certification (ANP, FNP, etc.), at least 1 year of wound care experience, and valid licensure.
• Preferred certifications include WCC, CWON, or CWS; wound care certification must be obtained within one year if not already certified.
• Offer competitive salary ($140K-$200K), benefits, and no weekend shifts.
