FTE) Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with a collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers at our Santa Clara Clinic in Eugene, Oregon.

Requirements:
  • Required:

    Nurse Practitioner Board Certification by the AANC or Physician Assistant Board Certification by the NCCPA.
  • Required:

    ARNP or PA license in Oregon state, or ability to obtain during credentialing process.
  • Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
