Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including physical therapy, satellite, and surgery centers. Must be willing to relocate to Sutherlin, OR prior to starting.

- Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
- Document patient care in medical records
- Provide care per standards and collaborate with team members
- Monitor patients and refer to specialists as needed
- Applicable state license and national certification
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain
- Basic Life Support certification
Position is full-time. Salary range: $125,000–$150,000 per year.
