We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Eugene, OR. The COTA will work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and promotes professional growth.

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN/On‑Call shifts available.

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills.
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation.
• Document patient progress accurately and on time.

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (COTA).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
