• Starting Salary: $90,000–$125,000 (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time new hires

• Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
• Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
• Support patient care and program goals
• Provide hands‑on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP‑CCC)
• Degree in a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate, depending on discipline)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Prior leadership or management experience in a therapy department preferred
• A passion for mentoring clinicians and driving positive patient outcomes

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
