Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCaBAs) to join our dynamic regional teams. Hiring across Oregon with high need in East-Portland Metro, Clackamas, Eugene, Central Oregon (Bend/Redmond), Salem, and Roseburg. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are looking for BCBA / BCaBA clinicians to support diverse regional needs and provide high-quality ABA services.
What You’ll Do- Completing assessments and working directly with individuals to develop comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goals
- Implementing behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff
- Completing assessments, developing written reports and updates, completing graphical analyses within designated timelines and funding source requirements
- Providing caregiver training (if applicable)
- Providing supervision of behavior assistants and/or RBTs
- Collaborating with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention (if applicable)
- Attending regional meetings held by PBS Corp
- Completing session progress notes in a timely manner
- Must have a BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate level degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to get licensed as an LBA or LABA in Oregon
- Working experience in ABA (including practicum/internship experience)
- Preference for in-person services, but hybrid positions are available
- Very competitive wages, including opportunities to earn quarterly bonuses (BCBA salaries up to $116,000 per year)
