• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.
